Biography
She work as a researcher in National research centre, where she had an experience for about 9 years during her M.Sc and Ph.D in different skills such as, Isolation of DNA/RNA from formalin fixed embedded- paraffin tissues and other tissues and cell lines, PCR and RT-PCR techniques, Running of agarose and polyaccrylamide gels (PAG), Staining of agarose and PAG, Measuring using spectrophotometer, propagation of cell lines through the cell culture, cell transfection, microRNAs, application of ELISA, Commet assay, HPLC, Little experience with experimental animals, its anatomy, Preparation of cell suspensions from different tissues for flowcytometry ,Application of Immunohistochemistry and western blotting. During her Ph.D, she was a member in STDF-Egypt innovation project entitled"Therapeutic model for RNA Interference and miRNA mimicking to Target the Multidrug Resistance in Cancer Cell". she is a reviewer in number of journals and trained many University students. she contributed in number of conferences as speaker/poster presenter.
